Providing explicit, systematic, sequential Multisensory Structured Language instruction which builds a high degree of accuracy, knowledge, and independence for students with written-language disorders, including dyslexia.

Pauline Novak created Reading with Wings to provide expert, skilled one-on-one or small-group intervention with students to develop accurate and fluent reading with comprehension. As a Certified Academic Language Therapist, CALT, for more than a decade, she integrates language therapy techniques and Montessori pedagogy for students with specific language disabilities, dyslexia, and related disorders. Understanding that all children learn differently and at their own pace, instruction is based on diagnostic and prescriptive intervention to create a specific program to advance a student’s reading and written language skills.
